Elizabeth Irwin Wood Descendents

Elizabeth Irwin, daughter of John1 Irwin and Elizabeth Cunningham, was born in Pennsylvania about 13 October 1785. She died about 11 March 1851 in Tennessee. She married George Wood about 1806 in Kentucky - probably Cumberland/Clinton County. This couple had about seven children and the family settled in TN.

  • Nancy WOOD- born 20 April 1809 Cumberland Co., KY

  • Asa WOOD - born 12 May 1811 Cumberland co., KY

  • George(2) WOOD - born 29 July 1813 Cumberland Co. KY

  • John Irwin WOOD - born 8 Aug 1816 Franklin Co., (KY or TN?)

  • Elizabeth WOOD -born 16 Feb 1818 White Co., TN

  • Er WOOD - born 22 Jul 1821 White Co., TN.

    • Er married Nancy --? and they had at least two children: George T. Wood and Elizabeth Wood.
